Forming partnerships with Australian scientists and the exchange of experiences in the field of sustainable development - one of the objectives of the conference.
Naukograd Protvino with population of about 40 thousands inhabitants located in the southern part of Moscow region, 100 km from Moscow. Protvino is a typical "Akademgorodok", or Science City - the territory of priority development of fundamental science and innovative, breakthrough technologies. City created half a century ago, was intended to become a center for the development of high-energy physics in the Soviet Union; here was built a proton accelerator on the energy of 70 GeV.
